How long do you have to take birth control pills till you have sex? |
How long do you have to take birth control pills till you have sex? One pill will do. Have fun! One month, and you have got to make sure you dont skip a pill or you are late. Also, even on the pill please still use a condom, yes bc pills are very effective but there is still a huge risk for STD's. Good luck, and remember ONE MONTH!!!! I'm assuming you mean how long do you have to wait to have sex when you're just starting the pill????? it depends when you start, if you start the first day of your period you could have sex right away, if you start the sunday after your period you should wait a week to have unprotected sex. I think you are supposed to use other protection for the first 30 days. Make sure you take it EVERY day and around the same time. I had a friend that took it at different times of day and that backfired on her! not that you have learned they are not pregnant pills...1 to 2 months b4 they will become effective! They normally say a full 30 days |
