Can I swith birth control pills in mid month?

The Trivora b/c pills are really making me depressed. So I called the doctor today & she called in a perscription for Yaz. I'm on day 5 of Trivora. Can I start taking Yaz tomorrow? I'm not worried about getting pregnant; it's to help with cyst. And with the HEAVY bleeding that I get.

Yes you can, but your side effects may not go away immediately

As long as you are not skipping days in between you will be okay.
You may have some spotting (normal with a new birth control) and then you may not.
If your doctor called it in for you to start...start.
