Is it still ok that I missed two birth control pills at separate times?

I missed the pill once already in the second week and am now on the third week. I forgot to take a second one and checked on the online website to see what I should do. Because I've missed two so far, I think that there are different rules about it, but the only thing it says if for two in a ROW. For now I'm following the one-missed-pill procedure which is to take it as soon as remembered then again whenever you normally take it, essentially two in one day. Is this still ok? My boyfriend still uses a condom since I'm just in the first month of using the pill, so the back up contraceptive is covered. Thanks!

As a general rule, you should use back up EVERY time you're in doubt.

Also as a general rule, it's only if you miss more than one pill (i.e., two or more) that you REALLY need to worry.

Just be aware that while it won't automatically make you pregnant, it WILL elevate your risk every time you skip a pill.

becareful missing two pills ruins the cycle, it takes about 1 or 2 weeks to get back on tract for the pill to work missing 2 pills however i am not sure about, use condoms good but dont have sex often at least till you know your birth control is working taking it before bed helps a lot and dont forget to take them at the same time every day set an alarm or something to not forget.
