m taking birth control pills , can i still get pregnant? ohh and by the way my sister was the one that gave these pills so i took the first pack of pills but on the second pack there was one pink active pill missing Yep, I have a one year birth control baby. Well I got pregnant at 16 by missing a birth control pill. I didn't know it for 3 months because I continued taking my pills and getting my periods. It depends on how fertile you are and how well your pills work and how often you "miss" one pill.
