Im on birth control pills and I am still on my period? |
I have never taken birth control pills, until this month. the doctor told me to start taking the pills on the day I got my next period. which I did. It has been now two week and one day and I am still spot bleeding. I wasnt to keen on taking them at exactly the same hour, so I though if I just take it at the exact hour it should go away. It hasnt is this normal? Help!!!!!! I dont want to be on my period forever What kevin H said is correct, but in my case, before i started taking the pill my period would go for months. it took a month or two for the hormones to get into my system, and now I'm straightened out. Don't worry too much for now, but if it doesn't stop in a couple of months talk to your doctor immediately. Bleeding between periods and spotting are side effects of most birth control pills. Spotting is one of the side effects of taking birth control . Thats crazy |
