Does taking birth control pills really makes your hair grow faster and longer? |
Does taking birth control pills really makes your hair grow faster and longer? When you first start taking the pill, your hair will grow thicker for a little while. After that, it thins out, unfortunately. No i think your getting birth control pills confused for PRE NATAL VITAMINS. U can crush them into your shampoo and they will penetrait the scalp. And also, when u come off the pill it can actually cause HAIR LOSS!!! This is due to the stress and hormonal change and its called telogen effluvium. So DONT take birth control pills, DO take pre natal vitamins if you wanna help you hair health a bit, or a Super B Complex vitamin or Biotin Supplement works awesome! I take biotin for my hair and it works wonders :-) No, bc pills will not make your hair grow faster and longer. I have been on bc pills for 11 years (on and off thou), but consistantly for almost 4 years and I have no additional hair growth. not at all. but i heard that if you smash em and put them in your shampoo, that it will help hair grow faster.. absolutely not, and if you're only using it for that purpose, then forget about it! if you want nice long hair, i hope your genes are good! Absolutely not. Birth control pills have no effect on the hair whatsoever. no they will not make your hair grow faster at all. some people actually have hair loss from them. are you sure it was birth control pills? pre-natal vitamins work i heard.. No Which hair are u talking about ;) ..... JOKE yes it do & even if u bath ur hair with it it do coz it have Hermon's im not sure but if ur planning to take them just for that reason...then...dont lol |
