Ladies with birth control pill weight gain - how did you lose the weight? I am considering a low carb diet.? |
Will it work? Thanks for the input Lady K. I am already working out 2 hours every other day and eat roughly 2000 calories a day. I can't work out anymore than I do, have to adjust my diet I surmise. I haven't tried the low carb diet but I did twenty minutes of cardio on an elliptical every day and strength training every other day. I also quit drinking soda and drank more water. It worked for me. |
