My sister just started a new birth control pill called portia. Has anyone ever heard of this? I'm scared because of all the new studies and women dying from the patch and sometimes I think they just use young girls as test subjects. When I was in my late teens I was offered the patch and declined. Now there are women dying because of it. Any info will be so helpful. Thanks.
i haven't heard of portia specifically but you really need to ask your gyno about it. if you really do want to use a pill you should just stick to the more known brands like Ortho-Cyclen and such. the patch is no longer available, it was recalled. |
