Can birth control pill intake really help get rid of pimples?

i really wanted to ged rid of my pimples. i tried lots of medicine and vitamins but still they keep on appearing. they say birth control pill will help me with this problem. but i was afraid if i'll have side effects.

DONT DO THAT!!!!! to get rid of your pimples use proactiv. and secondly, Avoid using birth control in general but do ont use it for that reason even, and it doesnt even help pimples it makes more. good luck :)

I've taken them for years and they never did anything for my acne. You have to try them and find out because no one can tell you for sure except a chemist, and personal experience.
Yes, it will help you get rid of pimples because if changes the hormonal imbalance. BUT there are some side affects..sometimes you can gain weight, and anythingthat changes your hormonal balance is risky.

dear! birth control pills are for that purpose. (not to control pimples). I hv never hear of this though I'm a male. my advice is, pls don't take them as u wish, pls consult a beautician OR a dermatologist who will give you best answer. Also u can find some good answers in this forum too.
