Is there a birth control pill that you do not gain weit on ?
It works different for each woman.... I've been on four different types of bc pill in the last...almost 10 years... and I haven't gained any significant weight with any of them, and I think the max was 3 or 4 pounds, and it was in my breasts anyway - not a bad thing, from my personal point of view!I use Avian and in the past until it wasnt covered enough by my insurance, Yasmin. Neither one of these are pills that will make you gain weight. In fact after being on the depo shot and gaining a lot of weight, I was really worried, but after dieting excersize I have lost 30lbs, but i was off of it for a while and found myself gaining weight.
It works really well for me!
