Is there a birth control pill that won't make me fat!?


Is there a pill out there that is effective that is low on hormons that would make you fat like some can!

Othro Trycylin Low they have different typed of pills that have a low level of hormones. The best one for me since I cannot take HIGH doses of hormones (for other reasons not weight gain) Has been Mirena the IUD. If you have had a child and are in a monogamous relationship this might be the birth control for you also. take all the info you have gathered here n yahoo answers to your Dr and see which one is best for you Source(s): RN

Nope....all of them have KRAZY side effects ...good luck...
I'd rather be fat taking a bc pill than to be pregnant fat by not taking a bc pill. Consider the option.

That's how they work you get so fat no one will have sex with you! OK all kidding aside there are side effects however diet and exercise will minimize those effects.
Talk with your doctor. I'm not one that has or have ever gained weight while being on birth control. However I have heard many woman say they do gain weight. Every birth control has different side effects. But talk with your doctor and ask him/her. She may have a different opinion.
