If im on the birth control pill when do i get my period??

You DO get your period! I am on the pill now and when you take the white reminder ones the fourth week you get a period. It usually is 2 to 3 days into the reminder pills and ends right before you start the yellow active ones again. Source(s): I am on the pill

I don't know if its changed since I was on the pill, but you take the pill for 3 weeks on...one a day, and then one week off....7 days without. Your period should fall sometime in the week that you are not taking the pill...it might start as late as 3 or 4 days into the week. As long as you have taken the pill faithfully, it should be effective.
The whole idea of the pill is to stop a female from ovulating. No egg = No period.
If you're on the combined pill, where you take it for 21 days and then either have a 7 day break or take 7 days of sugar pills, you'll get your period during those 7 days. I take my last pill on a Friday and usually my period starts on the next Tuesday morning. If you're on the mini-pill where you take it every day without a break or without sugar pills, then you might not have a period, and you'll probably get irregular spotting for the first few months.
You should get your period on the fourth week into your pills, if you took them at the right time. You're supposed to start the pills the sunday after your period.
