Which is the best birth control pill? Everyone reacts differently to every pill, so what works for one woman might not work for you and vice versa. It depends on your own health and hormones. There are dozens of different pills and they all have different types and amounts of hormones in them. If you have problems like acne, cramps, or irregular periods, some pills are better at relieving those problems than others (see link below). Sometimes it is a trial and error process--if you have side effects from the first pill, there are many others you can try, but it's nearly impossible to predict which one will be "best" for you. Just protect yourself and be healthy. |
