HELP! I missed my birth control pill 5 times this month and am a day late on my period HELP!? |
i missed 5 days of my pill. 2 days in a row and then the other 3 were random days here and there. I have had unprotected sex since then and I always get my period on mondays but now its tuesday afternoon and still none. I took a pregancy test and it said negative. Why havent I gotten my period yet?? is there a chance i could be pregnant? Please help me with serious answers andwhat i should do now The pills aren't effective if you don't follow the directions. Are you trying to get pregnant? You are supposed to take them at the same time everyday. Try and be more responsible. Chances are you're stressing for no reason. The pregnancy test WOULD say negative because you're testing too early. You haven't even missed your period yet. My period always came on Tuesday, but sometimes it wouldn't come until Wednesday or Thursday. There's always a chance you're pregnant, but just hold on with the stressing for another week or so. Wait another week or so and take another test...if it is negative you might want to switch to another type of birth control that you do not have to take every day...talk to your doctor about your options for different birth control. Of COURSE you could be pregnant!!! if you miss only two, the general rule is to use a condom for the rest of the cycle... It could also be that the messed up hormones have thrown your schedule off, especially if you picked up the next day with the missed ones. It's disturbing to think that someone so irresponsible might actually reproduce. High School health class There is a chance that you could be pregnant. I would think that missing your birth control pill 5 times during the month may have messed up your hormones enough to cause a delay in your period. Our hormones are sensitive little buggers, aren't they?! Good Luck. CONGRATULATIONS ! KEEP IT UP ! GOD IS KIND TO YOU. |
