I switched to Seasonale two years ago, and it's great.
Take birth control pills before you go to bed. They are hormones, which sometimes cause nausea. Taking them before bed allows you to sleep through it.
Obviously abstinence is best, but if you feel that it isn't your option, then I'm happy you decided to protect yourself against unwanted preganancy. Remember that the pills do not protect you from diseases, so you still need the condoms.

i am on the depo shot thats the best shot you only get a shot one ever 3 months and you dont have a period that shot stops the rag if you have medical they will pay for the shot if you dont go sign up and get it not sure what they have to offer you there cause you are in a diffrent country so if you can tell me whats services they offer you than i can tell you how you can get meds and birth control paid for that you wont have to pay at all...
