What is a good MonoPhasic Birth Control Pill for Acne & PCOS? Go and see your GP and ask him for Oxypam - an antibiotic that has been developed for the treatment of acne - dont be so quick to go onto/change the pill. That is very difficult because you need to have two different kinds of level of estrogen for the PCOS and the acne. You may want to talk to your docotr about YAZ (used a lot for the PCOS + Metformin (relieves cramps and keeps your cycle reg)) and Differin Gel for the acne.
