Read the package insert on your BCPs and usually they tell you that at times you may miss a period, but as long as you have taken the pills faithfully, it's pretty much zero chance you're pregnant.Especially if you've had a negative blood test. You hear a lot of people getting pregnant on the pill, but many of them are lying about skipping pills.Others get pregnant because certain antibiotics make them less effective, or because maybe they were sick with vomiting and/or diarrhea.
It could be your nerves! Heck you're frightening me! Check the dosage on your pill also. Could you change to another form for a month or so? If pregnancy is giving you such a scare, consider abstinence for a while. Unless there's a subconscious reason you are entertaining the thought of pregnancy.
How long has it been since your period? I always get scared too when it's only a few hours late, and last month it came two days late but it still came. Unless it's been like a week or something, wait a few more days and see if it comes.
