At what time of day do YOU take your birth control pill? |
I've just received my first supply of birth control pills. I've been telling myself I will take a pill at 9:30pm every night. I'm wondering how other ladies have determined what time is best for them. Thanks in advance. Lol one of my friends takes hers at like 9m every night, and she sets her alarm clock on her phone for it too! However I used to leave mine near my tooth brush, so every morning is I never forgot! Do what works out best for you sweetie! Depending on the pill itself you can be quite flexible with the time, mine was doable as long as it was within about 4 hours i believe. I use to take it at bedtime as my bedtime would never differ that much to make it a problem! thats what time my wife takes them between 7-9 myself (a few hours difference wont harm) just choose a time where you will be at home/awake/not busy EVERY NIGHT x as soon as i wake up in the morning because if i left it till night time i would probably forget it I usually take mine before I go to bed. As long as you go to bed at about the same time every night. Even if I dont go to bed at about 9 or 10 I still take it at that time. I am so used to taking them that its almost like my body tells me when its 9 or 10 at night. U will get into the swing of things after a while. Good luck. Self-Experience |
