I have recently switched from a normal hormone level birth control pill to a low hormone.?

What are the POSITIVE side effects from switching from normal to low hormone? I was experiencing low libido from the normal level pill, along with other symptoms. Can anyone tell me if the low level pill will help that and as well as other things that it will help against?

Low hormone usually means you won't have extreme side affects (moodiness, weight gain, etc) like you have had on a higher hormone pill.

My doctor told me this when she prescribed Kariva for me after I got off of depo.

My libido is doing quite well ;)
one thing is that u may loose weight.

besides that- dont expect your sex drive to make a full comeback- u are still on a pill.
Why do you have to use this?!
