What's the best time of day to take my birth control pill?


I'm very busy during the day. My sleep schedule varies depending on what day of the week it is. I eat at different times too. I was wondering if anyone has the perfect time of day or night to take the once-a-day birth control pill?

Ask your Dr. this is a place to get opinions and perhaps a consensus, but your particular pill may be different. Call at least and ask his/her nurse to really be safe and stauy unimpregnated.
Morning
I always take it after I get off work.I work at night so actually after 6 in the morning.
yes. I found a time that I am always awake. 9 pm. always up. (unless I'm napping lol).
I take mine at night b4 bed, its usually within an hour or two of normal times
my girlfriend said it doesnt reallly matter as long as u take it about the same time a day every day. she takes her at 11pm though.
I'm a nurse. When you first wake up is the best time of day.
