Is it possible to miss your period while on the birth control pill?

i'm experiencing irregular period when I'm on a birth control pill.
This time around, I haven't had my period.

Yes, I just had the same problem. FREAKED me out!!! but according to my doctor it's not all that uncommon. As long as you haven't been missing any pills, it's fine. If you have missed pills especially the ones in the 3rd week, then you should take a pregnancy test, just to be sure.
might be something you might want to bring up with your doctor.
If you smoke that could be the problem but please consent with your doctor
Well, the pill could be too strong for you. You should call your Dr and tell them right away. DONT stop taking it until you have spoken with the Dr.
Also, my sister got pregnant even while taking the pill so, get it checked. Just to be on the safe side.
yes, if you are taking the progestine only pill, it can be quite possible. If you're taking the combined pill, and you miss a period after the first 3 months, you should take a test to see if you're pregnant
