How many pounds must I expect to put on when I start on the birth control pill?


Which other side effects should I be prepared for? Varicose veins? breasts enlargement?

There is a leaflet with the packet. Most people don't notice any change perhaps a pound or two still better than being pregnant

Side effects vary but I doubt you will see anything if you don't smoke.
It really all depends on the person. I never gained weight while my sister did and her breasts did get a little larger too. Vericose veins are usually caused by pregnancy not birth control.
