Birth pill control?? |
hi all! i was on the pill for one year and a half and gained so much waight now am off it and i was wondering how long will it take to lose all the weight i gained with exercise of course, i have heard that for whatever period you are on it, it will take that long to go back to normal it that true? thank you all! No it isn't true. If you are committed to losing you can lose it a lot quicker. Control your portion size along with the exercise and it will shift that little bit faster. You will lose the weight based on your committment of diet and exercise. Slow and steady is always the best course cause you will tend to keep it off. Just eat well balanced meals with smaller portion sizes and get active and you will get the results you want. Typically yes.Consider this ... when you have a child it takes your body 7 yrs to return to normal (pre- pregnancy)... you may drop all the weight right away, but whats happening inside is much different and won't transform overnight. Hey!! I was on the pill back in 1979 & was taken antibiotics also the only thing I got was PREGNANT!!! They didn't tell u back then about antibiotic& pills interaction with each other... The weight gain is from the extra hormones! Eat several small low carb meals daily with exercise, this should help. Hey--how do u get a whore to moan----Don"t pay her LOL. good luck be safe xo Donna P You didn't gain weight because of the pill. You ate too much. If you are exercising you will gain muscle which is heavier than fat. Without the pill you also might gain a "baby" |
