Are we really supposed to take the pill (birth control) at same time everyday, like exact hour and such?

Around the same time, it doesnt have to be the exact hour or minute. Like morning, afternoon, evening. I used to take mine at lunch time.
no (not really) but you should it work for 24 hours but no to the dot so try to get it around the 24 hour mark

you should take it around the same time of day, like when you wake up or before you go to bed, but it really doesn't matter if it flucuates a couple (or even 3 or 4) hours day to day.
the closer yo are the better. If you are off by 1 hr or less, you are ok. The longer time passes the less effective it is and you an get pregnant. If you take 1 in the am and the other in the pm, it won't protect you.
I sometimes wonder too. But I think as long as you take it around the same time (doesn't have to be exactly at that time every time) you'll be fine. Good luck!
