In Loestrin 24 FE,(birth control) what should i do with the brown pills and when should i reorder?

im about so start taking the pills and the instructions confuse me. i know youre supposed to start taking them when you first get your period, but what do you do with the four brown pills?
and when you finish the package... are you supposed to order before theyrun out or let them run out and start a new pak the next time you get your period?
please help!!!

I'm assuming the four brown pills are at the end of your pack. Those are non-hormone pills that serve only to remind you to keep taking a pill every day.

Be sure and have a new pack available before you finish your current pack. The day after you take the last brown pill, take the first pill from the new pack, regardless of whether you've started your period. Missing days between pills increases your chance of getting pregnant. Take a look at the link below; PPFA has some specific and helpful information regarding different types of birth control.
