Birth control question... Pill..?

So I know that if you forget to take your pill to double up the next day... But, I seem to always remember the actual pills and forget the placebo. Do I have to double up on that? I didn't think so, but I thought better safe than sorry, and just ask.

I have taken birth control pills for 5 years and I have never taken the placebo pills. I just throw them away. They are just there to help people stay on track of taking their pill everyday.

If you miss a dose, you miss a dose. All doubling up will do is throw your hormones out of wack.
I'm a med student and on the pill.
A lot of pills is in the store you will get pills without placebo. For safe days company use placebo but actually it is only to justify their cost.
NEVER double dose the pill, even if you forget. Take it as soon as you remember then the usual dose.

It says that on the info inside the pack. I don't take the placebo pills at all. The purpose of them is so you stay on track with your cycle
