Birth control- I dropped and lost one of the pills?


During the first week set of pills, I popped one out and it dropped somewhere. They're so tiny that I lost the damn thing.

Is it okay to miss one pill but continue to have sex? I've been on it for over a year now.

No it is not ok to have sex when you miss a pill. You should have taken the next days pill and then called your pharmacist to ask him if they can replace the pill or what he recommends.
Since the pill was from the first week of pills you should be fine and do not need to worry. Take your next pill at the regular time and be careful with them.
I have do that before also.
