How old were you when you went on birth control like the pill?

i was 15 and i'm still really happy with it. and i didnt have any problems with it except at the begin i gained some weight. i lost i again though

i started cuz i was sexually active
I haven't yet and I'm 19, I don't need it at the moment. Of course though if your sexually active then definitely start using it. I'm thinking though of starting the birth control shot, because it cuts down your period to four times a year...
i dont take birth control
i was 17. after i became sexually active. i also used it to regulate my cycle. i love the pill.
I was 19. My first Gyn put me on the pill for a year to regulate my irregular periods.

In 1993 (age 31) I was put on the pill again to regulate my periods - starting with the high-dose pills. I am still on the pill today, but I take the low-dose Aviane pills.
I started a few months before my 18th birthday. I started it aas my periods were out of control and my partner and I had progressed to a stage where we were comfortable in having sex without condoms.
I was 15. I was started on pills because I had a cyst and they wanted to prevent more from forming. Also it made my periods lighter and shorter. I just started the patch last week and its so much easier.
