What kind of pill should i get if im getting birth control? |
What kind of pill should i get if im getting birth control? I used Ortho 777, they also worked really well for keeping my skin clear. You really need to see your doctor because he/she will prescribe the kind that's best suited for you. It all depends on your health, age and your doctor. It really depends on you. If you are person that can remember to take a pill at the same time every day than the pills may work for you. There are a lot of brands out there for pills. Each work in different ways but it's really a trial and error game. Women react differently to the hormones in the pills. Most doctors will recommend a basic type of pill, and depending on the doctor they'll either prescribe a mono-phasic (one chemical all month long) or a tri-phasic (different chemicals every week). Mono-phasics are better for fewer side effects such as mood swings and breakthrough bleeding, but some tri-phasics are used to treat other things like acne. If you're using it for contraceptive purposes, I would strongly recommend a mono-phasic like LoEstrin or Yasmin. generic yasmin The key here is that you realize that you [being female] are the one responsible for contraception. Men have enough to worry about. Now you can forget about all these girls advising you about rubbers honey. We men despise them no matter what & the concensus among females is distasteful. That's the bottom line girl. |
