Is the birth control patch harmful to my health? Should I be using the pill?

I just want to know what is best. If someone else has used the patch I would like to know how you liked or disliked it and why?

The Patch has exactly the same chemicals as the Pill. They act exactly the same way, so side effects and hazards are all the same.

I like being in the Pill. I am allergic to Patch adhesive. makes me itchy and my skin weeps. it's gross.

but the Patch is great for anyone who can't remember to take medication on time. that is, if you aren't prone to skin allergies.
if you smoke, it can be harmful.

but i liked it when my g/f was on it.
I was on the patch for a month after I had my daughter. And I didn't like it. It gets wrinkly like Band Aids do and felt like it was gonna fall off, and felt that it wasn't working at all. I now use Levlen. I love it have been on it for 3 years now. Go to www.smartwomanrx.com that is where I get mine from and it's only $39 for 3 months.
