Why is there no pill for men???why women have been asked to burden the responsibility for birth control??? Because most men (not all) are quite irresponsible and wouldn't take it coz at the end of the day its not them who have to go through the 9 months of pregnancy then hrs of labour! I agree, but maybe it's because women will be more likely to remember to take the birth control... :) Actually scientists are looking into the male birth pill. It is envisaged that it will temporarily prevent sperm production for a few days, but it is a long shot. Nothing better than a vasectomy for a man. One reason is that women release one egg per month and men produce millions of sperm per day. It was easier for scientists in the 1950s to stop one thing instead of millions of things. Second, ever wear a condom? Men take responsibility for birth control that way and it completely deadens the experience. because they cant stop sperm yet because women are great lol. we are the ones who receive the eggs so our bodies decide what happens to the eggs. the eggs in a man's body are just useless but in the woman, we determine what happens to them... it aint a burden at all dear, its a privilege Women are the ones who get pregnant, so the birth control is a bit more important to a woman. However, men are usually the ones who wear the condoms, so that's a responsibility a lot of men take for both birth control purposes and preventing the spread of STDs. |
