Should I Take A Birth Control Pill?

I'm 15, and I wanna take it because I heard it clears acne and can enlarge your breast size. (; But how much weight would I gain? I'm 5'8" and I weigh 115 pounds, and an A Cup.
And do I need some kind of prescription or something...?

Most of the time when you are put on "the pill" it's 1-to help you from getting pregnant, and 2-to regulate and easy you flow.

Your body may react differently than someone else's so you won't know about weight gain until you yourself take it and have been on for at least 6 months.

It does help with the cramps, severity, as well as flow of your monthly cycle which I have found helpful for me!

You can actually ask your doctor about antibiotics for acne. There are actually certain medication to help with acne.

Why are you wanting to be on "the pill". That would be the question, because there are health risks with birth control, and you might could get the antibiotics for the acne removal without the side effects.
ask a doctor 1st to make sure.
There's no way to know how your body will react to birth control pills unless you try them. And, yes, you need a prescription.
i asked the same question like if it would make me gain weight and they said no, so you should go to planned parenthood or your doctor for the pill... FYI planned parenthood gives you birth control free
I only gained about 8 pounds when I started mine and I already have large breast but they didnt get any bigger. You do have to have a prescription but if you go to a womens clinic like planned parenthood then you can get them there for free because your a minor.
you absolutely need to have a prescription to get on birth control pills. You also need to have a pelvic exam first.. which if you don't have to have... i wouldn't recommend that unless you need it it's not pleasant! Actually most of the time they hurt and no matter how you slice it uncomfortable and embarrassing ... taking a prescription just for acne and breast size isn't wise at all... there are other ways to help your acne clear and you're still young don't worry about your breasts they may still grow... and when they do... ohh trust me you'll wish they hadn't. as a woman with big breasts they are more trouble and pain then they are worth.
