First off, the above answerer is incorrect: birth control pills do not increase your risk of cervical cancer, and there is controversy as to whether there's any link between birth control pills and breast cancer.

I think you're misunderstanding what causes menopause. It happens when your ovaries stop releasing eggs, yes, but it's not because the ovaries have "run out" of eggs. A woman still goes through menopause even if she is taking birth control pills. But she may not know it.

A menopausal woman taking birth control pills continues to get enough estrogen and progestin from the pills and will not realize her ovaries are no longer making these hormones.
