Its been six weeks since i stopped birth control Combined contraceptive pill, still no period, is this normall? i have done 2 pregnancy tests and negative so this is not the case. When did you get your period back? i did get brown discharge lasting for 3 days, 4weeks after stopping BC, could this off been some kind of period? When should i see a doc? I am 21 and have been on BC for 3years

It's likely that that was your period for the time being. When you get off the pill it does take awhile for your body to adjust.
When I stopped taking the pill, I had my period within a week and have continued to have one everymonth. You might want to ask your doctor to see if what you are experiencing is normal.
it took me 3 months to have a period, then it was regular after that! The longest 3 months of my life! LOL!
That's totally normal. After stopping bcps, your body will have irregular ovulation and you can have really late periods for a while. After stopping bcps, I've had 28, 29, and 50 day cycles and have yet to get back to normal.
