Is it normal to get your period 4 days before you start the 'white' inactive birth control pills? |
the inactive pills begin on sunday i got my period on wednesday.....also is it possible to get pregnant while taking the white inactive pills? if there is no hormones in those....how can i be protected? The idea with the pills without hormones is that if you take them the week that you would normally get your period, you can't get pregnant because it is impossible to get pregnant that time of the month. If you got your period before the inactive pills, I would suggest starting a new pack on Sunday and skipping the inactive pills. This may get you "back on schedule" - perhaps your cycle is less than 28 days, which is perfectly normal. Currently I'm skipping the inactive pills altogether and don't have a period at all (except once every 3-4 months when I do take the inactive pills) - but I'm doing that per my doctor's recommendation. it works like this u are taken the real pills then u get your period and then inactive pill helps your body remember that u are on the pill i think the inactive pill has low hormones in it and a way to protected yourself my make him wear a condom humm its not normal to get your MP b4 you start the last week of the pills. is there anychance you could have been preg? did you waite one full cycle of the pill b4 you had unprotected sex. you may want to take a pregnancy test. and the last weeks pills are not inactive its just a lower doce so that your uterus will shed its lining.... |
