by taking my new birth control pills today on the same day i started my mensutral cycle will this shorten and stop my mmenstural cycle withn the next few days??? if not does anyone know away of shortening your period or stopping your cycle for a few days???
It is possible it will shorten it, however every ones body reacts differently to the pill. Right now I don't think it is going to be possible to stop your cycle, since you have already started and the level of hormones from the pills are not at a constant. Next cycle you might be able to stop it.
yes, taking birth control pills starting the day you start your period will shorten your period to about 1 - 3 days
