Is it alright if i take my birth control pill within a 2 hour range each day? |
I usually take it between 10am-12pm everyday, will this make the pill less effective because its not the exact same time everyday? or does it not matter? and if it does matter, if i start taking it at the exact same time everyday, how long before it becomes 100% effective again? I don't think that it would matter as long as you are taking it within those two hours. I normally take mine anywhere from 10pm-12 am, and have been for over 2 years. No pregnancies yet! most of the time a range like that wont effect the pills but there are some out there that ou have to be very careful of otherwise they can make you sick, bad cramps, bleeding, etc...you may want to ask a pharmacist about the effectiveness of the pills that you are on when doing that. well I have always heard that you should take them at the same time everyday for the most effectiveness. I am not a good pill taker so I switched to the NuvaRing- It is awsome. Less side effects than the pill. |
