Blood donation??? |
so today there was a blood drive at my school and donated about teo cups pf blood and right after i started my period is this bad? should i drink supplements? i donated one pint of blood i donate blood all the time and I have been on my period at times...make sure you drink lot's of water ... vitamins etc...one pint of blood sounds like a lot to us...but it really isn't ...your body will begin to make new fresh blood...which is good for you... Yo, donated last friday, but i'm not a girl, and don't have a period... dang thats sounds scary! no it is not bad. you could take iron pills to help increase your red blood cell count, but that isn't absolutely necessary. (FYI iron pills are very constipating) |
