How long does it take blood to replenish after a donation?

After you give a pint of blood, how long does it take to get that pint back into your system?

A blood bank will require you to wait 2 months, not 2 weeks, to donate again.

To fully rebuild all the blood cells you donated, it generally takes about two weeks. This is just the standard rule and I believe you still must wait the full 2 weeks before trying to donate again.
