What std's does the red cross look for in blood donations?


does the red cross scan for all std's?
and how long does it take for most std's to show some kind of symptom...i.e. years???

hmm I know they scan for HIV and AIDS....but as far as herpes and stuff..I am sure they test for EVERYTHING!
They test for Hepatitis C, although its transferred through ways other than sex also.

Everything they don't want to get sued for bad blood ya know.
They screen for HIV and Hepatitis as far as I know, however it is not an adviseable way to get a free test.
