When you get a full blood transfusion at 6 weeks old can any diseases be passed on to you from the donor this?

I have none of the medical problems that my family has.. i have far more differerent medical internal problems of my digestive muscular and bone than anyone in my family no one has what i have it's frustrating

They can be, however the hospitals and the Red Cross do screen all donations for disease.
