Can blood transfusion change ones genitic make up. If blood samples for used fo DNA test taken a few hours.?

can this affect the final result.

Most blood is processed before transfusion.
"Leukoreduction" is performed to remove the white blood cells (which are more likely to cause an immune response), so the final transfusion is most likely to be either just plasma, or plasma + RBCs (or possibly also plus platelets).

These do not contain any DNA, so the blood will pretty much just contain the recipient's DNA in his own white blood cells.

So no - it does not change your genetic make-up in terms of DNA tests of blood.
