Muslims can't receive blood transfusions?

Ok another question...

So if a person eat haram thing and he go and do a blood donation. If a Muslim receive that blood what will happen? Isn't the blood haram considering what the person eat or drink (like pork and alcohol) for all of his life? Can Muslim receive the blood? But then again you can't tell right? So how do Muslims cleanse themselves? This means they can't receive blood transfusions?

Look Haram Thing's are prohibited in Islam but If you're life is at stake Then Haram food becomes Halal.

If a person is stranded on an Island and the Only food that is Available is Pork SO AT THAT POINT OF TIME PORK IS HALAL.

Same goes with the blood donation.

Anything is halal for medical reasons. So, if there isn't no other alternative, the muslim can receive the blood, to save his life.

That said, hospitals obviously won't accept blood that is harmful. Heck, they wouldn't accept my mom's because her thyroid level was low, so how in the world would they accept from someone whose alcohol level is dangerously high? After all, the reason why alcohol is haram in the first place is because it's harmful for us.

Muslims are allowed to actually even EAT ANYTHING that could keep them alive if its their last resort.
so how come eating pork to stay alive is allowed and getting a blood transfusion is not?

WRONG when it comes to our lives we are permitted to eat haraam if we will die otherwise and Allah SWT is merciful and compassionate and blessed us with sense not stupidity. We are even permitted to lie if our life is in danger...Allah SWT did not mean for us to be stupid. Once the blood is inside our body we are clean because our bodies self purify from the inside via oxygen. Everybody's does anatomy 101. Thanks for the thumbs down.

no this is not correct. A muslim can receive a blood transfusion (I myself had 2) or donate blood. This is the concensus of the ulema (scholars). check out this fatawa

No, because what they eat doesn't go into their blood. It goes into their stomach. All blood is the same. And besides, it's to save a life.
