No. At the hospital, we keep all types on hand at all times.

no, I'm sure there is plenty of type O blood in the blood banks. If you are so concerned about it I think you can bank your own blood in case you ever need it at a later date, ask your doctor.
no, usually one or both of your parents share the same blood type as you. if an accident happens to you and you've lost a lot of blood, i'm sure your parents wont mind donating some blood to their little baby :]
No, there are some people with type O blood, just not as many. You will be fine. :) Don't worry too much about it.
sorta since you can only receive type O blood and that blood runs kinda short since it can b given to anyone!
