If you already had HIV and then you got a blood transfusion with HIV in it, would the HIV get worse?


Like, you already had it but then you get a blood transfusion with HIV, it would be like getting a double dose, right?

yes.many people think that those with AIDS should sleep with others who have AIDS to stop the spread and still have a sex life but it can make a person sicker so its a bad idea...and to answer your question yes.
If it was the same strain of virus I would say no. However, in my opinion it could if it were a different strain.
