I'm having a breast augmentation surgery. Which is best saline breasts or silicone? |
Im size A and going to be size C, but I've heard different opinions. In the past I knew that silicone was dangerous, now, they say it is not. However, it seems to me that saline ones look more natural. Anyone knows about this? Is there any risk in any of them?.. Any recommendation of doctor? (I live in Colorado) I'm 41 but I'm very healthy! Some links on implant options and surgeons: Silicone is supposed to look and feel more natural...but i have saline and LOVE it. I couldnt imagine my breasts feeling or looking any better than they do. I had an EXCELLENT surgeon tho...and i liked having saline cause they placed they implants through my underarms...which you cant do with silicone. and you get a much smaller scar, since the implant isnt filled til its in place in your body, so they dont have to make a larger cut to get the already filled silicone implant in. It depends on your age, I think that if you are younger than 21 you are required to get saline implants per the FDA. I honestly thing silicone looks better and more natural they are also softer. Silicone has really improved since they first came out and are not really 'dangerous' but there are still bodies that reject them so that is always a possibility. Do not get silicone. My friend had got saline breast and they are just fine....If saline pops its safe for you...but if silicone bursts its to the hospital and its piosionous to your insides.Saline does look just fine and isnt a risk.Silicone is much too risky and not as safe as most think...I heard that staright off the doctors lips. The silicone last for only 3 to 4 years maybe 5.But the saline tend to last longer not including damage to them...I hope this answers all those burning questions. Saline is the safest saline is the safest way to go |
