Poll: A breast augmentation or a liposuction?

Which sounds like the better mother's day present? It was overwhelming to me to see that mom's didn't want a vaccum cleaner or dishwasher, so maybe some plastic surgery? But, which one?

well she is your mother afterall so why not splurge and get her both?...then she would be a skinny MILF with big juggs :-)

Breast augmentation definitely the other you can reduce with some work, but the breast damage from having children can be irreversible when they sag it's just pitiful so ya that's what I would rather have.

If i had to pick one the breast augmentation.

if shes flat then breast

if shes fat then lippo

but breasts:)

make her a milf
