Serious question about breast augmentation surgery (do they feel real?)?

Hello all,
My question tonight is very serious to me......
My wife (after 2 children) wants to have her breasts augmented. Please let me clarify NOW that this is HER decision, not mine (im happy!! :-) )
She feels that after breast feeding 2 children, her breasts are "deflated" and not as they used to be.
She wants to fix them...
I (on the other hand) am still VERY happy with her appearance...(all of her, she is beautiful) so this surgery is not for me (ok?) BUT I do have a concern... I am worried that her breast will not feel natural after the operation. So, Do they still feel real, or do they take on a plastic feel?

Please just tell me... I wont tell her, I want her to be happy but I want to be prepared too.

She sounds like me. I have two kids and my boobs looked straight out of the national geographic magazines. Not sure if it was because I ran track but nobody can tell me that I don't look hotter now. My boyfriend when I first got them was worried and didn't want me to get them, when I got them, he was obsessed and couldn't keep his hands off of me. THe one I have now, he's also obsessed with them. I didn't get the tight high boobs, I got a natural sag. I have also asked people honest opinions on them, doesn't seem to matter.

Alot of people think women ONLY get breast implants because they want bigger boobs. Thats not true. There are several mothers who haven't even hit 30 yet who don't want to have 60 year old boobs. We all aren't blessed to have our breast tissue bounce right back. All I did was tell the doctor to fill my skin back up and thats what he did.

I agree with sweet nothings...they are tight and hard at first, but the skin will stretch and the tissue will soften and they will feel very close to natural after a while. You will be happy with them as will she....just give them time to settle to the body. But they definitely do not feel plastic at all.

Who knows how they'll turn out.
Believe me. I know!!!

When you first get them they are hard but you as you start doing your daily massages they get softer, they aren't hard but they won't exactly feel natural.

TELL HER YOU JUST WANT HER TO BE HAPPY
REMOVE THEM
