Breast augmentation with fat rather than silicone of saline?

I heard of a breast augmentation process that uses your own body fat rather than saline or silicone. It supposedly is more natural feeling and of course safer because it is fat used that was taken via lipo suction from other parts of your body. Does anybody have any expereince/knowlede of this

I haven't heard about that, but it seems reasonable that it could be safer. With that said, I think it is such a shame that the size of a woman's breasts are so important in American culture.

I heard about that too, but I don't think we can trust it completely yet. Fat tissue has the problem that doesn't have a good blood supply leading to a higher risk of necrosis (it means that the tissue die once you change it from the natural position), the other thing is that the fat could be absorbed by your body and the results may be just temporal (for some months).
