If men are subject to annual mammogram breast cancer rate will increase?

Let me be more clear: I mean mammogram can cause cancer through radiation. So I think if men do annual mammograms you'll find breast cancer rate go up--even with men. They are not just diagnosed by mammogram screening. They are caused by it.

Second screening exams for any type of cancer do not cause cancer and that would be the only way they could increase the incidence rate. They help to diagnosis cancer at an earlier stage, which is the name of the game as far as survival is concerned. Most people with cancer are diagnosed eventually unless they die of other causes before diagnosis is made and even some of those are diagnosed at autopsy.
